Return policy

Returnable / Non Returnable: Please note that there are certain products listed with Ruchiez.in that may or may not be returnable as mentioned on receptive product detail page. For all products, the return policy on the product/combo page shall prevail.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.

Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Ruchiez.in shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

In case of damage, defective or unexpected item: In the unlikely event that any item you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if item delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the item unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags and with original sales invoice, for a refund or an exchange, within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

In case of packaging is tempered: If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +91 9521483685 or mail us at help@ruchiez.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Replacement is subject to receipt of item in unused condition: We shall process the return subject to receipt of the item at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return / exchange / refund may not be possible.

In case we are unable to replace: If we are unable to exchange or replace the item. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
